My name is Veronica Gordon. I am married and have five kids who are now grown up. We grew up in a little town at the Caribbean Coast in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. My descendants and family are Jamaican. We are very proud of our culture. I grew up in a Cristian family were I learned about natural Healing and that we need to take care of our mind, body, soul and we need to find the balance between the tree of them.
My grandparents and parents were naturalist, it means that they always worked with plants and herbs. When somebody is sick or has an allergy, they cure them with their knowledge of the plants, trees and herbs. They passed it on to us and my husband and I continue to pass our home remedies (: like fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables) to our children and to other people who wants to change their lives in a healthy way.
All these are my inspiration along with the bible and nature that show me that my body is the temple of the holy spirit were God abides.
The son , the water, the air, exercise, making time and the trust of God are the law of nature.
My husband and I still lives in this small town in Puerto Viejo where everybody knows us and where we do community serves for other people.
I am the only person in Puerto Viejo who offers a restaurant with Vegetarian - Vegan and Raw food. I would like to promote healthy food so more people from all over the world can come and taste my delicious food!!
My husband offers tours, but meanly he do the transportation from San Jose to Puerto Viejo and other places.
We also offer Home Remedies with our natural products ,Caribbean Cooking Classes, consulting about health, Spanish lessons, volunteer projects.
We have house, Cabanas and a farmhouse for rent.
